How Can I Change An Order Information?

CHANGE THE ORDER INFORMATION

You can quickly change the order information when the order is unpaid.
To edit the shipping address or shipping labels & barcodes (for platform orders), you can go to order details and update.
To change product’s information such as design, product type, color, size or shipping method, you will select the order → Actions → Edit Order → Save.

You cannot change the quantity once the order is in-production and cannot add more items into a created order.
