Create A Platform Order

IF YOU HAVE THE SHIPPING LABEL FROM POSHMARK, ETSY OR EBAY, YOU CAN CREATE A PLATFORM ORDER ON GEARMENT APP FOR FULFILLING



Kindly be aware that we only accept the following shipping services. Please select the correct shipping service for your orders:
Domestic shipping

Important notice:
Currently, all order labels will be processed at the Gearment California warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that the pickup address is set up as follows: 14801 Able Ln, Ste 102 Huntington Beach, CA 92647 United States

Using a different pickup address may lead to delays in scanning and updating tracking information. Please verify that the pickup address matches the warehouse address to prevent any potential issues.

Start creating a platform order in three ways following the instructions below


Option 1: Manually create a platform order on Gearment app

Order → Create new order → Label order



Choose Shipping Service → Upload file Shipping Label



Update product information & Create



Platform label created successfully



Match, approve and pay the order as usual

Option 2: Import platform orders via CSV file

Order → All Orders → Import Order



Download template file for platform order import and fill in the required information

Note: Only PDF format is accepted for label shipping file. The label file must be 4x6 inch.





- Order ID: Reference ID on your store

Please note: When placing orders with more than 2 units, the order ID must be the same to group into a single order.

Example:


With 2 two different product categories, please noted to create two separate order IDs and shipping label files. Each order will be processed and shipped separately.

- Platform: Poshmark, Etsy, eBay
- Variation ID: see variation ID for the product here or go to menu Order → All Order → Stock Status → Search for style/size/color → Copy variation ID



- Product name: name of your product
- Size/Color: these are optional fields, you can skip them if needed
- Print side: depend on each product, fill in the correct print side (front/back/pocket/normal/whole/both)
- Quantity
- Design link front/design link back
- Shipping label link: shipping label must be saved in PDF format and the dimensions of the shipping label must be 4x6 inches
- Item barcode link (FBA only): please skip this field as importing FBA order via csv file is not yet available

Import to create orders on Gearment app



Platform label created successfully



Match, approve and pay the order as usual

Option 3: Create a platform order via API

Match, approve and pay the order as usual

Option 4: Convert an order to a platform order

Click the order that you want to ship with platform label

In the order details, select More OptionsConvert to label order
You can only convert an order to label order before the order is approved.





Choose Shipping Service → Upload file Shipping Label → Save



Platform label created successfully



Match, approve and pay the order as usual


Use links from Google Drive, Dropbox, or another approved platform.
Ensure the link type is download and the content-type is PDF.
For Google Drive links, convert them to the download format using this website: https://sites.google.com/site/gdocs2direct/
