How To Connect Your Store To Gearment Portal?
CONNECT YOUR STORE TO GEARMENT PORTAL
Gearment supports integration with multiple platforms and marketplaces, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce (WordPress), OrderDesk, Shopbase, and more.
There is no limit to the number of stores you can connect.
How to Connect a Store
- Go to Store
- Click Connect Store
- Select the platform you want to connect to and follow the on-screen instructions


Automatic Order & Tracking Sync
Once your store is connected, you can enable automation in Settings:
- Automatic order pulling when a new order arrives: New orders will be automatically imported into the Gearment App
- Auto-sync tracking: Tracking numbers will be automatically pushed back to your store once available
This helps reduce manual work and ensures orders and tracking stay up to date.

You can connect and manage multiple stores within a single Gearment account.
Manage Connected Stores
For each connected store, you can:
- Deactivate the store
- Disconnect the integration
- Delete the store from your account

Store Configuration Options
Each store also allows you to:
- Configure Gift Messages (up to 5 gift messages per store)
- Set up a Return Address for fulfillment
