HOW TO REMOVE YOUR FBA INVENTORY OUT OF AMAZON WAREHOUSE TO RELABEL

FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) relabeling is the process when you remove your FBA inventory from Amazon warehouse in order to change the barcodes for your product unit.
After all units are relabelled with the new barcodes, you can send them back to Amazon warehouse for selling.

This process can happen in some cases below:

Product units are labelled with the wrong barcodes
Product units are defective or wrong-printed
Amazon selling account is deactivated
Listing is deactivated
Your FBA inventory has been stocking in Amazon warehouse for a long time

GEARMENT IS HERE TO SUPPORT YOU WITH RELABELING YOUR UNITS

You can remove your FBA inventory from Amazon warehouse to Gearment warehouse for relabeling, please follow these instructions:

Step 1: Create a Removal Order for Amazon FBA Inventory to Gearment Warehouse
Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account
Select Manage FBA Inventory
Check the products you want to remove and click Create Removal Order
Select Ship to a different address and enter the Gearment warehouse address

Note: The removal address can be our California or Texas warehouse, depending on the products removed. For further confirmation, please contact our support team.

Complete the form and click Submit Removal Order

Once all of your product units arrive at Gearment warehouse, you can send them back to Amazon warehouse to sell by creating a new FBA shipment. See step 2.

Step 2: Create a new FBA shipment on Amazon and create an order on Gearment app.

Next, create a new shipment on Amazon, then please create an order on Gearment by following the instructions in this article:

Note: Please be aware that you need to upload the latest barcodes and shipping labels for this new shipment and order.

Step 3: Gearment will relabel and send the order to Amazon warehouse

We support free-stocking returned units at Gearment warehouse for up to 30 days. After this time, those units can be disposed.

BASE COST OF RETURNED UNITS CAN BE REFUNDED TO YOUR G-WALLET

Gearment will refund the base cost of returned units, excluding the label fee.
Please fully pay for the new FBA order created on the Gearment app. Gearment will print and relabel. Amazon will come to pick up and ship to its warehouses.
