Creating Label Orders with Existing Shipping Labels
If you already have shipping labels from TikTok, Poshmark, Etsy, or eBay, you can create a Label Order on the Gearment App for fulfillment.
1. Label Order Overview
For Label Orders, you only pay the base cost plus a $0.50 per-order handling fee.
2. Accepted Shipping Services
Please select the correct shipping service for your orders.
Only the following shipping carriers and services are accepted by Gearment:
Domestic Shipping
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority
- FedEx 2Day Express
International Shipping
- DHL E-commerce Solution
- FedEx International Cross-border
3. Important Notices
Label Size Requirements
- Shipping label dimensions must match Gearment’s official packaging specifications.
- Incorrect label dimensions may result in shipment disposal or delivery issues.
- Gearment will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect label sizes.
Pickup Address Requirements
Make sure the pickup address on the label matches one of the following warehouse locations:
- California Warehouse: 14321 Corporate Dr, Garden Grove, CA 92843, United States
- Texas Warehouse: 12501 Cardinal Meadow Dr, Sugar Land, TX 77478, United States
4. How to Create a Label Order
You can create a label order on the Gearment App in three ways:
1. Manually Create a Label Order
- Go to Order ➝ Create Order ➝ Label Order ➝ Select platform ➝ Continue
- Choose products from My products or Catalog ➝ Continue
- Upload your shipping label file (PDF, 4x6 inches) and checkout
2. Import Label Orders via CSV File
- Go to Order ➝ Draft orders ➝ Import Order.
- Download the Platform Label Order Template
- Fill in all required fields and upload your completed file
- Only PDF format (4x6 inches) is accepted for shipping labels.
- Order ID = Reference ID on your store.
- Orders with 2 or more units must use the same Order ID to group items into one shipment.
- Products in different categories require separate Order IDs and label files.
Required Fields:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Order ID | A unique identifier for each order (e.g., ORD123456). |
Shipping label link | Direct download link; file type must be PDF. |
Variant ID | Use the Variant ID from the Product Variant Sheet for auto-matching. |
Quantity | Number of units (e.g., 2). |
Design Link Front/Back/Pocket/Sleeve | Use Google Drive, Dropbox, or other approved links (Viewer mode). |
Design Link Whole | For Mugs and Tumblers only. |
Item Barcode Link (FBA) | Not supported for CSV import (leave blank). |
Gift message body | Optional text for gift messages. |
After completing the template:
- Drag and drop your file to upload.
- Wait for the system to process and auto-map product & address information.
- Check progress via Logs ➝ Import Orders.
- Once completed, Approve and Pay as usual.
3. Create a Label Order via API
