Create an FBA Shipment on Amazon & Submit an FBA Order on Gearment


CREATE A FBA SHIPMENT ON AMAZON STORE

There are 2 ways to create an FBA shipment on Amazon


Method 1: Fully Sell Using FBA


This method is for sellers who want the product to be Fulfilled By Amazon only.


Step 1: Convert Listing to FBA:


  • Go to Manage Inventory
  • Select the product ASIN
  • Click Edit
  • Choose Change to Fulfilled by Amazon



Step 2: Accept Label Service


  • Select Accept label service
  • Click Review selection


  • Click Convert & Send Inventory



Step 3: Set Ship-From Address


  • Click Select an address to enter the Ship-from address: Texas Warehouse Address: 12501 Cardinal Meadow Dr, Sugar Land, TX 77478, United States.


  • Fill in company name, full name, phone number, and email (based on your Amazon Seller Central account)


  • Click Add contact, then Select the address



Step 4: Configure Packing Details




  • Name for the packing template to manage and enter the dimensions for a packing including 30 items → Save



  • Then, a notification shown below → Seller click the notification to update the missing information.



  • Update dimensions for 1 item → Save



Note: For posters, FBA Amazon restricts the maximum dimension to 25x25x25 inches. Click here for more information about shipping and routing requirements Contact Amazon via email for oversized shipments.



  • Choose saved template and update the quantity of boxes and units to send to FBA (maximum 30 item in 1 box) → Click Ready to send


Step 5: Print SKU Labels


  • Choose Print SKU labels
  • Select SKU label printing format: 30-up labels 1" x 2-5/8" on US Letter
  • Enter barcode quantity (must equal the number of units)
  • Click Print



  • The new tab including 30 barcodes has been automatically popped up → Seller remember to save this barcode file for uploading on Gearment app whenever creating an order.



Step 6: Confirm Shipping


  • Set the Ship date (usually 7 days from creation)
  • Select Small Parcel Delivery
  • Choose UPS (Amazon Partner Carrier)
  • Accept charges and confirm shipment



  • Accept charges and confirm shipping


  • Choose 8.5" X 5.5" (US letter) format for print box label → Print → A shipping label file has been automatically popped up → Seller remember to save this barcode file for uploading on Gearment app whenever creating an order.



  • Review file shipping label



  • Click View tracking details to review the shipment information


  • Click **Go to shipping queue **to finish



Method 2: Sell Both FBA and FBM for the Same ASIN


Step 1: Go to Manage Inventory and copy the product ASIN



Step 2: Go to Inventory → Manage FBA Inventory



Step 3: Click Add a product

Step 4: Paste the ASIN and search

Step 5: Select New → Sell this product

Step 6: Fill in required details → Save and Finish


After this, follow all steps from Method 1 to create the FBA shipment.


Create FBA order on Gearment portal


**Note: Each FBA box can contain **only one ASIN


Step 1: Go to menu OrdersDraft ordersCreate orderLabel orderAmazonContinue



Step 2: Upload SKU Barcode


  • Select the FBA product
  • Upload the SKU barcode file for each line item


Step 3: Upload Shipping Label & Checkout


  • Upload the Amazon box shipping label
  • Proceed to checkout to complete the order


FBA Order Cost

Each FBA order includes:

  • Base product cost
  • Label fee: $0.50 per unit


Step 4: Order Processing & Pickup
  • After payment is successful, Gearment will begin production
  • Once completed, the Amazon partner carrier will pick up the shipment from the Gearment warehouse and deliver it to Amazon
