How To Create Order With Variations At Risk

HOW CAN YOU KNOW THAT YOUR ORDER INCLUDES VARIATION AT RISK?

If you create an order, you will see a warning of order including variations at risk. By clicking Save, you confirm to process order with variation at risk. As the product is at low stock, processing time might be delayed for a few business days.




If you import orders or synchronize orders from your store to Gearment (manually and automatically), when you match product, you will see a warning of order including variations at risk. By clicking Match product, you confirm to process order with variation at risk. As the product is at low stock, processing time might be delayed for a few business days.



If you send orders via API, the orders will be automatically created on Gearment portal. Gearment will send a notification to inform you that you have created an order with variations at risk. You will receive below notification:


Orders with variations at risk will be processed as usual, however some orders may take longer to process as Gearment needs to replenish for the inventory and it also depends on the supplier.
