WordPress Integration On Gearment
CONNECT YOUR WORDPRESS STORE TO GEARMENT
WordPress (WooCommerce) is a widely used platform for building online stores. You can easily connect your WooCommerce store to Gearment to sync orders automatically and receive tracking updates back to your store.
Connect your store
- Go to Store → Connect Store → select Woocommerce
- Enter your Store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret
- Click Connect to complete the setup

Import products to Wordpress
You can create listings manually or import products using the CSV file exported from Gearment.
Step 1: Install the Gearment Flatsome Plugin
- In your WordPress admin panel, install the Gearment Flatsome plugin.


Step 2: Export Products From Gearment
- In your Gearment account, go to Product.
- Select the products you want to import → Export products → WordPress plugin via CSV.
- Click Export and download the CSV file sent to your email.

Step 3: Import the CSV File into WordPress
- Go to the Gearment Flatsome plugin → Import → Upload CSV → choose the file → Continue.
Sync Orders From WordPress to Gearment
Step 1: Copy the Webhook URL From Gearment
Step 2: Add a Webhook in WooCommerce
- In WordPress, go to Settings → Advanced → Webhooks → Add webhook.


- Fill in the required fields and paste the webhook link into the Delivery URL field.

Sync Tracking Numbers From Gearment to WordPress
To automatically update tracking numbers on your WooCommerce orders:
- Install the Shipment Tracking plugin in your WordPress store.
- Tracking information from Gearment will automatically sync back to WooCommerce via webhook.
