HOW TO TRACK MY ORDERS?
You can find the tracking number in the order details or it is shown on the same row as the order ID on Gearment app. If an order includes multiple items, it may have separate delivery dates and different tracking numbers.
To see tracking information, please go to all orders and the order’s details. The tracking number is hyperlinked and you can directly click on that tracking number, it will pop up the tracking page to follow the package.
You can also check your order on carrier websites: UPS, USPS, DHL

Please note that it is possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately after the tracking number is updated on the order. The order will be processed, printed then it is packed to ship. Usually 24-48hrs after the order shipped out, tracking information will be updated on the tracking link. Delivery time depends on which shipping service you choose. Check out the shipping time
In case the tracking number does not update for more than 14 business days, the package may be lost in transit. You can contact our support or create an order issue
