Instruction To Use Issue Ticket
CREATE AN ISSUE TICKET TO REQUEST FOR A REPLACEMENT/REFUND FOR YOUR ORDER

Create an issue ticket on Gearment portal

Of three options, Gearment highly recommends sellers to create an issue ticket on Gearment portal or contact support via chatbox.
1. What is an issue ticket?
Issue ticket is where sellers send requests related to orders to the customer support team.
2. What are the advantages of creating an issue ticket?
Monitor your order issues more systematically
Be able to export issue reports
Hold the order in case of emergency
Easily feedback and rate the quality of customer service and products when issue completed
How to create ticket issue on Gearment portal
Click order → order issue → create issue
Fill in the required information
List fulfillment ID: you can create multiple issue tickets at one time
Fulfilment ID: Order ID on your store
Order ID: Gearment’s order ID
Order issue: Choose order’s issue
Issue detail: Describe order’s issue
Note: Please describe accurately the issue of order
Item effect: The number of defective products
Priority: Issue handling priority
Solution: Choose solution: refund or replace
Link Image: Provide the image of defective products
For example: If the mug is damaged due to the shipping problem, seller should ask the customer for providing the image of the damaged mug and the link of image.
Select the order → Action → Create issue
The screen shown as below. The system will automatically update Fulfillment ID and Order ID corresponding to the selected order.
