What is stamped shipping?


Stamped shipping is a shipping service using an envelope with a stamp on it. Normally, there will be no tracking number for this shipment.
Many marketplaces have currently accepted stamped shipping for orders with costs less than $10. Sellers will not be required to provide a tracking number for such orders.

When can you use stamped shipping for your orders?


Stamped shipping will be available for selection following below requirements:

  • Orders include only cut-out sticker products.
  • Maximum quantity per order: 50 units (2x2 inch sticker), 25 units (3x3 inch sticker), 5 units (4x4, 5x5, 6x6 inch sticker). If an order contains multiple sizes of sticker, the total units per order cannot exceed 5.
  • Stamped shipping is not available for FBA orders.


How can you create an order with stamped shipping?


Stamp shipping is available for sticker products. You can create a sticker order on the Gearment app using one of three methods:


1. Create a Manual Order


  • Go to Order > All Order > Create Order > Manual Order
  • Fill in the address information
  • Select Stamp (1-5 business days delivery, using envelopes, only for sticker products)
  • Select Sticker Product, upload the design file and save the order



2. Import Order via CSV File


  • Go to Order > All Order > Import order > download the CSV Template
  • Fill in the required information fields
  • Enter Stamp in the Shipping Service column
  • Save file and upload it
