Of three options, Gearment highly recommends sellers to create an issue ticket on Gearment app or contact support via chatbox.


1. What is an issue ticket?


Issue ticket is where sellers send replace or refund requests for an order.

  • Quickly search issues by date and store
  • Easily track and resolve issues with shipping and products
  • Ability to reopen any issue that remains unresolved
  • Easily feedback and rate the quality of customer service and products when issue completed

Order Issue Status Definitions

All: All created issues

Open: Awaiting Response

Processing: In Progress

Resolved: Action Completed – Pending Seller Verification.

The ticket will automatically move to "Closed" after 7 days if no further feedback is received from the Seller.

Closed: Completed


  • Fill in the required information



Issue type: Choose order’s issue

Issue details: Describe order’s issue

Effected item: The number of defective products

Additional notes: Any additional information for the support team

Image: Provide the image of defective products
