HOW CAN YOU KNOW THAT YOUR ORDER INCLUDES VARIATION AT RISK?

• If you create an order, you will see a warning of order including variations at risk. As the product is at low stock, processing time might be delayed for a few business days.

• If you send orders via API, the orders will be automatically created on Gearment portal. Gearment will send a notification to inform you that you have created an order with variations at risk. You will receive below notification:

Notice: Auto Matching Product with Variant At Risk When Creating Order via API

In Settings, if enabled:

• Yes: The order will be auto-matched with the variant At Risk.
• No: The system will not auto-match the product if there is any At Risk variant.
• N/A: Auto-matching has not been configured yet.

HOW TO CHECK IF A PRODUCT IS AT RISK

Go to Catalog → Select Product Variant → Search for the product using the search bar
