Connect store TikTok Shop on Gearment Portal

By connecting your TikTok Shop to the Gearment Portal, you can automatically pull orders into Gearment for fulfillment. This supports both:

• Ship by Seller
• Ship by TikTok

Once pulled, orders can be fulfilled automatically.

1. How to Connect TikTok Shop

1. In the Gearment Portal, go to Store → Select Connect TikTok Shop

2. Choose Renew options: Re-authorize only → Click Confirm to install

3. Review and accept the policy → Click Authorize

4. Once authorized, your TikTok Shop will be successfully connected to the Gearment Portal.

2. Pull Orders from TikTok Shop to Gearment

After connecting TikTok Shop, you can pull orders automatically or manually. Both Ship by Seller and Ship by TikTok orders are supported.

2.1 Auto Pull Orders

You can enable automatic order pulling in Store settings: Turn on Automatic order pulling when a new order arrives

Paid Orders with status Awaiting Collection will be automatically pulled into the Gearment Portal.

⚠️ Orders with other statuses will not be pulled automatically

2.2 Pull Orders Manually

If needed, you can pull orders manually by: Go to Draft Orders → Click Pull order → Select a time range → Click Pull order

Once pulled successfully, orders will appear in Draft Orders.

Before checkout, you can map products to dit variant IDs, update designs, change print sides and other options, etc.

You can monitor the pulling process at Logs → Pull orders progress.
