  • How can I report a shipping issue with a carrier?
    To report shipping issues, you need to create an account on the access page of each carrier. However, for orders where Gearment provides the tracking number, Gearment will take responsibility and assist customers in reporting any shipping issues.Few readers
  • Why was the order marked as delivered but my customer hasn't received the product?
    Carriers may update the status to "Delivered" before the package is actually delivered. The order might be placed in a hidden location around the buyer's house or held at the local post office. Ask your customer to check around their house, mailbox, neighbors, wait 1-2 days after the delivery status is updated, or contact the local post office to recheck the order.     For orders shipped to military locations (APO/FPO/DPO AE), the delivery time is longer due to security reasons. However, most orders do not take the full 30-45 days for delivery.Few readers
