  • How can I top up my G-wallet?

  • Can I withdraw money from G-Wallet to my personal account?
    Gearment supports withdrawing funds from G-wallet to Payoneer or Ping Pong accounts with a minimum amount of $50. You will need to contact the support team to withdraw the funds.Few readers
  • How can I use the PayPal Mass Payment top-up feature?
    For your first PayPal Mass Payment transaction, you need to contact support to verify and enable the PayPal Mass Payment feature on the system. For subsequent transactions, after transferring funds, simply create a top-up request on the Gearment app. The accounting team will approve your transaction.   • What are the payment methods on the Gearment app?
    You can transfer funds into G-wallet or link a payment account to Gearment. Currently, Gearment accepts payments via Payoneer, PayPal, Ping Pong, and Lian Lian. For more details, see here.Few readers
  • Why can't I make a manual payment using PayPal?
    If you want to pay manually using PayPal and not use the auto-payment feature, you must select a minimum of 5 orders per transaction.Few readers

  • What should I do if my account is charged for an unknown reason?
    Check your payment account and see if anyone in your team has already made the payment. If the cause is still unclear, contact the support team and provide transaction details for further assistance.Few readers
  • Are there any fees for making payments on Gearment?
    You won't incur any fees when paying for an order on Gearment. However, if you top up using PayPal Instant (Friends & Family), there will be a 5% service fee charged by PayPal.Few readers
  • Can I transfer the balance from my G-Wallet to another Gearment account's G-Wallet?
    You can request to transfer your G-wallet balance to another account's G-wallet. You will be required to provide some verification information before completing the transfer. Contact the support team for further assistance.Few readers

    To generate an invoice: Go to the order details → View Invoice → Print → Save.Few readers
  • Can I set up automatic payments for my orders?
    Yes, you can set up automatic payments for your orders. Go to Setting → General Setting → Enable the Auto Payment function. Orders will automatically be paid within 4 hours after being matched and approved.Few readers
