Replacement & Refund Policies
REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND WHEN YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDERS
We operate on a print-on-demand service, which means your products will be freshly printed after you order from us. Therefore, please refer to the following policies carefully before making a custom Print on Demand Products.
Important note: Since your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit. See apparel size chart
Each product has to be inspected carefully before delivery. However, mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied.
To be eligible for a refund/free replacement, please ensure that the package is no more than 30 days of delivery and has the problems we describe below:
Printing quality (bad print, damaged print, wrong print, missing print)
Product damaged during transit
Faulty product before shipping/the product itself is flawed
Product size not as expected (wrong size, smaller/bigger than size chart)
Shipping problem (no update from carrier, lost in transit, shipping to wrong address, late shipment)
Wrong product received (design, size, color, qty, product type, etc)
Packages lost after delivery will be offered a replacement instead of a refund
Please note that a refund/free replacement is not offered in these cases:
Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by your customer
Products that were received as requested; however, your customer wishes to have another size/color instead
Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements. See how to measure your shirt
Low-quality prints caused by a low-quality design
Other reasons that derive from sellers or end buyers, not Gearment
If there's an issue with your product, you can create an issue ticket on Gearment app. Our support team will receive, check and respond on that ticket and notify you back. Please ensure that order is still within30 days of delivery and you have to attach full required information on your issue ticket as stated below:

Cancel an order before it is fulfilled
You can request to cancel an order before Gearment fulfills it. Depending on the order status, you may receive a full or partial refund:
If the order has not yet been printed, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.
If the order has already been printed, you will only receive a refund for the shipping fee; the base cost will not be refunded.
For platform orders, once the order is printed, no refunds will be accepted.
