2-Business-Day Commitment for TikTok Label Orders

Gearment offers a 2-business-day tracking commitment for eligible TikTok Shop orders using TikTok shipping labels. This service is designed to help sellers meet TikTok Shop's fulfillment requirements by prioritizing eligible orders in production.

1. Our 2-Business-Day Commitment

Gearment commits that 95% of eligible TikTok Label orders will have their tracking status updated to “In Transit” within 2 business days from the applicable order date.

If an eligible order does not meet this commitment, Gearment will refund 100% of the order value paid by the seller for the delayed order. The order will still be shipped to the end customer.

How the order date is determined

1. Orders created and successfully paid before 4:00 AM US time are counted on the same day.

Example 1:
An order is created and successfully paid on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 3:00 AM US time, before the 4:00 AM cutoff.
The tracking status must be updated to “In Transit” by Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM US time.
If the tracking status remains “Pre-Transit” after this deadline, the order will qualify for a refund under this commitment.

2. Orders created and successfully paid after 4:00 AM US time are counted from the following day.

Example 2:
An order is created and successfully paid on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 1:00 PM US time, after the 4:00 AM cutoff.
The order is counted from the following day, and the tracking status must be updated to “In Transit” by Thursday, July 4, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM US time.
If the tracking status remains “Pre-Transit” after this deadline, the order will qualify for a refund under this commitment.

2. Eligible Products

The commitment applies to eligible Gearment products, excluding: Canvas, Poster, Doormat, Flags

For Apparel products, the commitment applies only to selected shirt styles, colors, and sizes included in the eligible product list.

3. Service fees

Priority Order Fee

A $1.00 priority fee per item applies to TikTok Label orders using this service.
The total charge for each TikTok Label order includes: **Base cost + Label fee + ($1.00 × quantity**)

Where:

• Base cost: Product price based on Gearment's current price list and the seller's applicable tier.
• Label fee: $0.50 per order.
• Quantity: Total number of items in the order.

Each order can contain a maximum of 30 items.

Deposit

Sellers must commit to the number of items they expect to fulfill daily and weekly, from Monday through Sunday.

A deposit of $2.00 per committed item must be submitted by 3:00 PM every Friday (Vietnam time, GMT+7).

The deposit is reviewed and refunded the following week according to the Deposit Refund Policy below.

4. Order and Payment Requirements

To qualify for the commitment:

• Orders must be successfully paid by 6:00 PM daily (Vietnam time, GMT+7). Orders paid after this cutoff will be counted for the following day.
• Sellers are requested to pay priority orders manually so that payment or order issues can be identified and addressed promptly.
• Once an order has been successfully paid, modification and cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• The commitment applies only to TikTok orders using eligible USPS shipping labels, including: USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority

5. Seller Requirements

To participate in the TikTok Label priority service, sellers must:

• Complete the TikTok Label priority service registration form.
• Sign the required Indemnification Agreement regarding intellectual property, trademark, and copyright infringement.
• Submit the required deposit on time.
• Pay eligible orders by 6:00 PM daily (Vietnam time, GMT+7).
• Use the correct package dimensions specified in Gearment's dimension guidelines when purchasing shipping labels.
• Provide accurate package dimensions, weight, and item quantity when purchasing labels through TikTok.
• Use the applicable Gearment warehouse address as the pickup location.

6. Order Volume Commitment

Gearment prioritizes production based on the daily and weekly volume committed by each seller.
If the actual daily volume exceeds the seller's commitment:

• Less than 20% above the committed volume: Gearment will continue to prioritize the additional orders.
• More than 20% above the committed volume: The seller must notify Gearment Customer Support at least 24 hours in advance.

Without advance notice, or if production capacity has been reached, Gearment cannot guarantee that orders exceeding the commitment will meet the 2-business-day commitment.

Minimum Fulfillment Requirement

Sellers are expected to fulfill at least 80% of their committed item volume.

If fulfillment falls below 80%, the following penalty applies:
Penalty Fee = 20% × Number of Unfulfilled Items × $2.00

Example
Weekly commitment: 140 items
Actual fulfilled quantity: 98 items (70%)
Unfulfilled quantity: 42 items
Total deposit: $280.00

Penalty:
20% × 42 × $2.00 = $16.80
Refundable deposit:
$280.00 − $16.80 = $263.20

7. Deposit Refund Policy

Gearment reviews the previous week's fulfillment performance every Monday at 2:00 PM (Vietnam time, GMT+7).

Deposit refunds are processed every Tuesday, after any applicable penalty fees have been deducted.

Refunds are returned through the payment gateway used by the seller to submit the deposit, including: Payoneer, PingPong, and LianLian.

The time required for funds to appear in the seller's account depends on the processing time of the applicable bank or payment provider.

8. Refund Conditions

For orders covered by the TikTok Label commitment:

• Gearment provides a refund rather than a replacement for eligible order issues.
• If an order has already been refunded because its tracking status was updated late, no additional refund will be issued for product issues reported after delivery.
• Each order is eligible for only one refund.
• Orders refunded due to a late tracking update will still be shipped to the end customer.

9. How to register

Follow these steps to join the TikTok Label priority service:

Step 1: Complete the TikTok Label priority service registration form.
Step 2: Sign the Indemnification Agreement regarding intellectual property infringement.
Step 3: Submit the required deposit.
Step 4: Once your registration requirements are completed, start fulfilling eligible TikTok Label orders with Gearment.
