Return Policy

WE CURRENTLY DO NOT RECEIVE A RETURNED PACKAGE



Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. You can set a personal return address for your orders at Configure your return address

In case the order is not successfully delivered to the end buyer, please send us a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and include the order number. As soon as we have confirmed it, we will issue you a refund or a replacement.

You can create an issue for that order or contact our support team. We offer replacements or refunds requested for those situations. Find more about our replace/refund policies here
