Order Updated With A Tracking Number

HOW CAN I KNOW THAT MY ORDERS HAVE BEEN UPDATED WITH TRACKING NUMBERS?

All orders will be updated with tracking numbers in 24-48 hours since the payment time, except for orders with fast shipping. For those orders, when they are completely printed, the tracking numbers will be updated.

Notification about tracking numbers will be sent to your registered email. In case you do not require to receive these notifications, you can turn off this setting. Go to Setting → General → Turn On Receive Tracking Codes Notifications Via Email as below:

For those orders that are synchronized to Gearment app, you can configure auto sync tracking to synchronize your tracking numbers to the orders on your store. Go to Setting → General → Turn On Auto Sync Tracking as below:

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, the email may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please reach out via chat box or Facebook page as we may have the incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful.
