SEARCHING FOR YOUR ORDERS

You can easily find your orders in the Gearment app by using the search bar or advanced filters.

Search by keyword

• Go to Orders → Draft orders or Sales orders.
• Use the dropdown next to the search bar to choose what you want to search by:

Order ID

Reference ID

Customer name

Customer email

• Enter the keyword and review the matching results.

Use Advanced Filters

• Go to Orders → Draft orders or Sales orders.
• Click Advanced Filters at the top right.
• Select your desired conditions, such as:

Platform (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok, etc.)

Creation method (Manual, Import, Pull, API, Platform label)

Product, color, size

• Click Apply filter to view the filtered orders.
