Gearment Policy on Counterfeit Postage Labels
GEARMENT STRICTLY PROHIBITS COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE LABELS
Effective Date: November 21, 2024
To ensure compliance with USPS regulations and U.S. federal law, Gearment enforces a strict policy regarding the use of counterfeit postage labels.
User Responsibility:
Any user found to have provided counterfeit postage labels that are flagged by USPS or any U.S. governmental organization will be held accountable for their actions. All accountability and responsibility under U.S. law will be entirely on the user providing the counterfeit labels.
Disclosure of Information:
Gearment reserves the right to provide all information related to the offending user to USPS or any other relevant governmental authority for further investigation and potential legal action.
Account Suspension:
The user's Gearment account will be permanently suspended.
Any balance in the user's Gearment wallet will be non-withdrawable.
Order Status:
All ongoing orders under the user's account will be placed on hold and will not be printed or shipped.
No Exceptions:
This policy is final, and no appeals will be entertained for accounts found in violation.
Effective Immediately:
This policy is effective as of November 21, 2024, and applies to all existing and future users of the Gearment platform.
Compliance Commitment:
Gearment is committed to maintaining the integrity of our operations and complying with all postal and legal requirements. We strongly advise all users to ensure the legitimacy of their postage labels to avoid penalties, legal consequences, and disruptions.
