2 Business Day Commitment For TikTok Label Orders

2 BUSINESS DAY COMMITMENT FOR TIKTOK LABEL ORDERS





1. Tracking numbers of TikTok Label Orders will be updated in 2 business days



Gearment commits that 95% of tracking numbers for TikTok Shop orders using TikTok Label will be updated to "in-transit" status within 2 business days from the date the order is created and successfully paid for on the Gearment app.

If Gearment fails to achieve this commitment, Gearment will refund 100% of the order value paid by the seller for delayed orders. These orders will still be delivered to the end customers.

Eg 1: The order is created and paid on Monday, 3:00 am 2024/07/01, before 4:00 am US time each day. The tracking number of this order must be updated by Wednesday, 23:59:59 2024/07/03, US time. If after Wednesday, 23:59:59 2024/07/03 the tracking number still shows "pre-transit", Gearment will refund the order according to the commitment.

Eg 2: The order is created and paid on Monday, 13:00 pm 2024/07/01, after 4:00 am US time each day, the order will be counted for the next day. The tracking number of this order must be updated by Thursday, 23:59:59 2024/07/04, US time. If after Thursday, 23:59:59 2024/07/04 the tracking number still shows "pre-transit", Gearment will refund the order according to the commitment.

⚠️ Note: To uphold this commitment, Gearment will prioritize production time to ensure the orders meet TikTok Shop's policy. Gearment does not control the carriers' shipping time or handle delivery failures caused by the final customers.

2. Committed products



The program applies to all products, excluding Canvas, Poster, Doormat and Flags.

For Apparels, Gearment will only apply the commitment to certain types of shirts in specific colors and sizes as follows:



3. Service fees



3.1 Priority order fee


For sellers who would like to use this service, Gearment will apply a fee of $1.00 per item for TikTok Label orders.

In this case, the total fee for a TikTok Label order includes: base cost + label fee + $1.00 * quantity.

Base cost: The product price according to the current price list and tier applied to each seller.
Label fee: $0.5 per order.
Quantity: The number of items in each order.

⚠️ Note: Each order can have a maximum of 30 items.


3.2 Deposit


Sellers need to commit the number of items they will fulfill daily and weekly (from Monday to Sunday). Accordingly, sellers will deposit $2.00 per committed item by 3 PM (Vietnam time GMT+7) every Friday. This deposit will be refunded to the seller the following week (see section 6).

4. Payment method



Sellers need to make payments by 6 PM (Vietnam time GMT+7). Orders successfully paid after 6 PM will be counted for the next day.
Sellers are requested to manually pay for orders, this action is to detect and handle issues promptly. Gearment does not recommend setting up automatic payments for orders that need to be prioritized for printing.
To ensure timely production, Gearment will reject any requests for modifications or cancellations after an order has been successfully paid.
Gearment guarantees the commitment only for TikTok orders using USPS shipping labels, including USPS Ground Advantage (USPS First) and USPS Priority.

5. Obligations



5.1 Towards Gearment


Gearment has the responsibility for expediting production and ensuring tracking numbers are updated within 2 business days from the date the seller successfully pays for the order.
Gearment will refund 100% of the order value if the commitment is not met. This refund will be credited directly to the seller's G-wallet.
If the seller exceeds the daily committed number of items, Gearment will handle it in two ways:
If the total number of items in a day exceeds the commitment by less than 20%, Gearment will still prioritize production.
If the total number of items in a day exceeds the commitment by more than 20%, the seller is required to notify Gearment's customer service team 24 hours in advance to ensure timely processing. If there is no prior notification from the seller or the production capacity is full, Gearment cannot guarantee that these orders will be produced according to the commitment.

5.2 Towards sellers


Sellers are to fill in a registration form to use TikTok Label priority service.
Sellers will sign an agreement holding Gearment harmless from any responsibilities related to content and image copyright infringements (trademark, copyrights).
Sellers need to deposit on time to maintain the orders in the expedited production line.
Sellers must accurately adhere to the dimensions specified in our dimension file when purchasing shipping labels.
Sellers must ensure successful payment of orders by 6 PM (Vietnam time GMT+7) daily.
If the seller does not fulfill at least 80% of the committed number of items, a penalty fee will be incurred as follows:
Penalty Fee = 20%*number of unfulfilled items*$2.00

Eg: Weekly commitment is 140 items, 20 items a day. The total deposit is $280. At the end of the week, the number of items fulfilled is 98 (70%); unfulfilled items are 42. The penalty fee will be $16.8 and the refundable deposit is $263.2.

6. Deposit refund policy



Every Monday at 2 PM (Vietnam time GMT+7), Gearment will review the fulfillment performance of sellers for the previous week.
Every Tuesday (Vietnam time GMT+7), Gearment will process the deposit refunds for sellers, after deducting any penalty fees for unfulfilled commitments as outlined in section 5b.
Refund method: Refunds will be processed through Payoneer, Ping Pong, and Lian Lian, depending on which payment gateways the seller uses to transfer the deposit.
The time it takes for sellers to receive their refunds will depend on the processing time of their respective banks or payment gateways.

7. Other terms and conditions



For committed TikTok Label orders, Gearment will only apply a refund policy and will not implement a replacement policy for orders with errors.
If an order has been refunded due to the late updates on tracking numbers, Gearment will not apply any additional refund for any product errors that occur after the customer receives the item.
Each order is eligible for a refund only once.
