Why was the order marked as delivered but my customer hasn't received the product?

Carriers may update the status to "Delivered" before the package is actually delivered. The order might be placed in a hidden location around the buyer's house or held at the local post office. Ask your customer to check around their house, mailbox, neighbors, wait 1-2 days after the delivery status is updated, or contact the local post office to recheck the order. See more details
