Studio

In Studio, you can upload design files to use when creating orders. You can also download or delete designs that are no longer needed.

Upload a Design File

1. Go to Studio → Artworks
2. Click Upload design
3. Select your design files

You can upload up to 10 design files at a time

Manage Uploaded Designs

After uploading, you can:

• Download a design file
• Delete designs you no longer use

Simply click the corresponding icons on the design.

Search Designs

You can quickly find designs by product name using the search bar.

Gift Message

1. Create a Gift Message

To create a gift message:

1. Go to Studio → Gift message
2. Click Create gift message

Supported Gift Message Types

Gearment supports two types of gift messages: Custom image & Upload image

1. Custom Image (Text Added Per Order)

• Upload a 4 × 4 inch design file
• Gift message text is filled in when: Creating an order manually; Importing via file; Creating orders via API
• Orders using this option will be charged an additional $0.49 fee

This option is ideal for buyers who want to include a personalized message in their package.

2. Fixed Image (No Text Input)

• Upload a 4 × 4 inch card design
• No text input is required when creating orders

This option is suitable for sellers, such as:

• Thank-you cards
• Promotions
• Discount or voucher inserts

Simply upload the design and save the gift message.

2. Apply Gift Messages to a Store

Set Default Gift Messages

You can apply gift messages automatically to a store:

1. Go to Store → Store setup → Gift message
2. Click Add gift message

• You can select up to 5 gift messages per store

Set a Gift Message Duration

By setting a duration, all orders from the store will automatically include the selected gift message during that time period.

3. Apply a Gift Message to an Individual Order

When creating an order, you can select a gift message directly for that specific order.
