PROCESSING TIME

All POD products need to undergo a processing time before they are shipped to end buyers. The average processing time is 1-3 business days. During peak times, processing may take 2-4 or 3-7 business days. You can consider setting up the appropriate processing time for your store.

How to calculate the processing time of an order?

The processing time begins since the order is successfully paid until it is shipped out.

For example: The order was created on Dec 30, 2025 12:04 PM but it was paid on Jan 12, 2026 2:21 PM. The processing time will start from Jan 12, 2026 till the order is completed and shipped out.
