How To Create A Mug Order

CREATE YOUR MUG ORDER

For classic black/white 11oz mug and classic black/white 15oz mug, there are 2 options for you to create a design.

Please note that by this way, you can only print on both side of the mug, design cannot be printed all over the mug compared to option 2

Artwork dimensions: 4200 x 4800 pixels, at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. (14 x 16 inches, resolution of 300 DPI)
Upload the artwork on FRONT **design and choose the print type **NORMAL
If you create order via CSV file import or API, please fill in the print_side filed with value NORMAL
The design will be automatically printed on both side of the mug

Artwork dimensions: here, please keep the main contents in the safe area.
Upload the artwork on FRONT **design and choose the print type **WHOLE
If you create order via CSV file import or API, please fill in the print_side filed with value WHOLE
The design will be printed all over the mug
