How can I assign specific stores to individual employees?

After adding employee accounts to your Gearment workspace, you can assign specific stores for each employee to manage by following the steps below.

  • Log in to your Gearment account
  • From the left sidebar, click Team
  • Select Members

  • Click Invite new member (top-right corner)
  • Enter the employee’s Email
  • Select the appropriate Role
  • In the Stores section:

Search for the store name

Select one or multiple stores to assign

  • Click Send invitation

📌 The invited member will receive an email and must accept the invitation to activate their access.


Change store assignments for an existing member

If you have already added a member and want to update the stores they can access, follow these steps:

  • Go to Team → Members
  • Find the member you want to update
  • Click the three-dot (⋯) icon in the Actions column
  • Select Edit

Update assigned stores

  • In the Edit member account window, locate the Stores section
  • Add or remove stores as needed:

Select additional stores to grant access

Click the ✕ icon to remove a store

  • Click Save to apply the changes
