Weight & Shipping Fees

  • Canvas products come with a frame, so the actual weight may vary slightly. Shipping carriers calculate fees based on the actual weight of the package. To avoid unexpected charges, Gearment combines the base product cost with the shipping fee to provide a fixed shipping cost for customers.

PO Box Shipping Restrictions

  • Canvas orders in the following sizes cannot be shipped to PO box addresses (US & International) due to carrier limitations:

20×16, 16×24, 24×16, 20×30, 30×30, 24×36, 36×24

HOW TO CREAT CANVAS ORDERS



How to add tracking for Amazon Store orders using Amazon Shipping:


When fulfilling an order with Amazon Shipping, follow these steps to update tracking details:

  • Carrier: From the dropdown menu, select Amazon Shipping
  • Shipping Service: Choose Other, then manually enter Amazon Shipping Standard.
  • Tracking ID: Copy the tracking number from the Gearment system and paste it into the Tracking ID field.
