On-hold Orders
MY ORDER IS MARKED ON-HOLD AND CAN NOT BE FULFILLED
The order is marked on-hold when it cannot be fulfilled. Here are some reasons:
The design is incorrect (too small, too large, wrong artwork dimensions, etc)
The address is incorrect
On-hold as seller's request
The order information violates trademark and copyrights policies
To check on-hold orders, please go to menu Order → All orders → On-hold

To update order’s details, select the order → action → match product → update information and save.
