# Why was the order marked as delivered but my customer hasn't received the product?

Carriers may update the status to **"Delivered"** before the package is actually delivered. The order might be placed in a hidden location around the buyer's house or held at the local post office. Ask your customer to check around their house, mailbox, neighbors, wait 1-2 days after the delivery status is updated, or contact the local post office to recheck the order.
