Policies For Orders With Incorrect Designs
FOR ORDERS PRINTED WITH INCORRECT DESIGNS, YOU NEED TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER DESIGN
Beginning 19 November 2022, Gearment will charge an additional fee for the order with an incorrect design update, and we need to use a new workpiece to reprint.
The reasons for the additional fee are as follows:
Avoid prolonged processing time.
Ensure the printing and packaging processes are faster and smoother.
The seller will take the initiative to control the design.
Reduce the number of workpieces wasted.
When the design is incorrect, we will follow the policies as follows:
Unprinted orders will be supported for changing designs without additional fees.
When an order is printed, Gearment will refund the shipping fee, and the seller will make a new order as usual.
For multi-item orders, Gearment will refund the shipping fee for defective items as well as the base cost and shipping fee for flawless items. Then, the seller creates a new order as usual. All the flawless items will be shipped with the reprinted items from the new order.
