# Platform Orders


# USING SHIPPING LABEL FROM ETSY, EBAY, AND POSHMARK TO FULFILL WITH GEARMENT

|| Using a different pickup address may lead to delays in scanning and updating tracking information. Please verify that the pickup address matches the warehouse address to prevent any potential issues.

### Gearment Warehouse

For a normal order, you will need to pay for both product base cost and shipping fee to fulfill. With platform orders, you only need to pay for the base cost, shipping fee is free as you will buy the shipping label directly on Etsy, eBay, or Poshmark and provide the shipping label for Gearment to ship the package.

### What is a platform label?

* Platform label is the shipping label you buy on Etsy, eBay, or Poshmark and then upload on Gearment app to fulfill
* Fulfillment fee: The sellers using platform label service only pay **BASE COST + $0.5 (handling fee**) for Gearment

### Why using platform label helps to minimize account suspension?

* Be more credible
* Be more trustworthy for customers
* 0% shipping disputes from customers
* Better shipping prices

### **1. Esty Label Order**

**Buy shipping label on Etsy**
* Go to **Shop Manager** → choose **Orders & Ship** → find the order you want to buy a shipping label for → Select the van icon to purchase a shipping label **Get shipping label**
* Ship from: Fill all required information
* Choose shipping carriers (FedEx or USPS in the US, and Canada Post in Canada) →  Choose shipping method, package type, weight, and other details. [See package dimensions](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10scYG3gaF8lxm2eOdBmGi68s-aq4fFs7XrSfkAa6Rf0/edit#gid=841782286)

**Packaging dimensions**
* Package/thick envelope: T-shirt, mask, and pillow
* Irregular/unusual package: Mug, tumbler, and pet bowl
* Roll: Poster

Click **Confirm & Buy** → **Print shipping label**
Upload shipping label file on Gearment App as shown below to complete the order

### **2. eBay label order**

**Buy shipping label on eBay**
* Go to **My eBay** on the bottom right corner → choose **Selling** → **Order** → **Awaiting shipment** → choose the orders that you want to buy shipping label → choose **Shipping** → **Purchase Shipping Label**.

* Choose shipping carrier → choose shipping

* Click **Printable label** for shipping label format → **Set up payments**

* Upload shipping label file on Gearment App as shown below to complete the order

### **3. Poshmark label order**

**Buy shipping label on Poshmark**
*For package under 5 lbs*
* Once the buyer places an order, Poshmark will send you a Prepaid and Pre-addressed shipping label via email. You have to ship the order within 2-3 days.
* If the order is shipped after 3 days, you have to choose **3 easy steps to ship this order** → **Pack your item**

*For package over 5 lbs*
* Go to My Sales in Your Account → Select the order to upgrade shipping label
* Click  **Need New Shipping Label** → Chọn **Need Heavier Weight Label**

* Click **Please Select Weight** → Select package weight → Click **Next  → Click Send New Label** → Poshmark will send you shipping label via email
* You can also download the shipping label on detail order page
