# Payment Settings

# **Payment Guide**

The **Payment Guide** provides step-by-step instructions for setting up a return address, funding your G-wallet, and managing payment methods within the **Gearment Fulfillment** system.

### 1. Return Address Configuration

Before setting up any payment method or creating orders, users must configure a **valid U.S. return address**.

This return address will:
* Appear on shipping labels.
* Carriers use it to return undelivered packages due to address errors.

**Steps to Configure a Return Address:**
Go to **Settings ➝ Return Address ➝ Configure a valid U.S. address.**

### 2. Top-up Wallet (G-wallet Funding)

Users can fund their **G-wallet** to pay for orders using integrated payment partners such as **PayPal, PingPong, LianLian, Payoneer,** **Sunrate** and **WorldFirst**

###### How to Top-up G-wallet:

1. Transfer funds to **payment@gearment.com** via your selected payment partner.
2. Go to **Payments ➝ Payment method ➝ Top-up.**
3. Enter the transaction details:
* **Reference ID:** Transaction reference number.
* **Amount:** The top-up amount.
* **Payment Receipt:** Upload the transaction proof.
4. Click **Next** and wait for system approval.

###### Top-up history:
View and manage all past top-up transactions for tracking and verification.

* **Top-up PayPal Instant**: Instantly transfer funds from your PayPal account to your G-wallet.
* **Top-up PayPal Mass Payment**: Fund your wallet through PayPal Mass Payment for faster batch transactions.
* **Transaction Type Statistics**: Analyze transactions by type: **Refund**, **Payment**, **Deposit**, or **Adjustment**.
* **Search / Filter Transactions**: Quickly search and filter payment records by criteria.
* **View Transaction Details**: Review full transaction information including amount, date, and status.
* **Export Transaction Details**: Download invoices or reports for financial tracking.

### 3. Payment Methods – Directly payment
Gearment supports direct payment methods that allow users to pay for orders instantly through connected accounts.
Currently Supported Payment Methods:
* **PayPal**
* **Payoneer**
* **LianLian**

###### Available Actions:
* **Add Payment Method:** Register a new payment method (PayPal, Payoneer, or LianLian).

* **Set Primary Payment Method**: Choose a default payment method.
* **Delete Payment Method**: Remove an unused payment method.
* **Deactivate**: Temporarily disable a payment option if not in use.

* **Edit Invoice Information**: Update or modify invoice details. This information will appear on **Invoice Orders** or **Transactions** and can be downloaded from the system.
