# Order Desk Intergration On Gearment

# CONNECT YOUR ORDER DESK STORE 

**Order Desk** is a hosted order management system that helps you connect your store with third-party fulfillment providers.
By integrating Order Desk with **Gearment**, you can sync orders automatically for fulfillment.

You can connect Order Desk to Gearment in **two ways**:
* Start from the **Gearment app**
* Start from **Order Desk**

### 1. Connect Order Desk from the Gearment App

1. In the Gearment app, go to **Store → Connect Store**
2. Select **Order Desk**
3. Click **Connect**

2. Enter Required Information
* **Order Desk API Key** → Click **Get API Key** to view the instructions
* **Order Desk Folder ID** → Click **Get Folder ID** to view the instructions
3. Click **Connect** to complete the setup

### 2. Integrate Gearment in Your Order Desk Account

1. In Order Desk, go to **Manage Integrations**
2. Search for **Gearment**
3. Click **Enable**

4. Enter your **API Key** and **API Signature**

### 3. Create Inventory in Order Desk

You can add inventory items manually or import them in bulk.

###### Option A: Create Inventory Manually

1. Go to **Inventory Items**
2. Click **Add Print on Demand**
3. Fill in the required information

### Option B: Import Inventory in Bulk

1. Go to **Select Import Data**
2. Click **Add New Import Template**

3. Name your template
4. Select **Inventory Items**
5. Upload the **sample file**
6. Upload your completed inventory file

### 4. Sync Orders to Gearment
###### Option A: Sync Orders Manually
* Select **Gearment** as the fulfillment provider to sync orders manually

###### Option B: Sync Orders Automatically (Recommended)
1. Go to **Rule Builder → New Rule → Order Rule**

2. Select the event that will trigger the rule

3. Choose the action **Submit order to Gearment**

4. Name your rule and click **Save**

### 5. Create a Webhook to Receive Order Notifications

To receive order status updates from Gearment, you’ll need to set up a webhook.

1. In Order Desk, go to **Manage Integrations → Set up**

2. Copy the **Webhook URL**

3. In your Gearment account, go to **Setting → Sales Channels → Webhook**
4. Click **Create webhook**

5. Fill in the required information
6. Paste the webhook URL from Order Desk into the **Delivery URL** field

Your Order Desk store is now connected to Gearment.
You can start syncing orders automatically and streamline your fulfillment workflow.
