# How Can I Find My Orders?

# SEARCHING FOR YOUR ORDERS

You can easily find your orders in the Gearment app by using the search bar or advanced filters.

###### **Search by keyword**

* Go to Orders → **Draft orders or Sales orders**.
* Use the dropdown next to the search bar to choose what you want to search by:
Order ID
Reference ID
Customer name
Customer email
* Enter the keyword and review the matching results.

###### **Use Advanced Filters**

* Go to **Orders** → **Draft orders** or **Sales orders**.
* Click **Advanced Filters** at the top right.
* Select your desired conditions, such as:
Platform (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok, etc.)
Creation method (Manual, Import, Pull, API, Platform label)
Product, color, size
* Click **Apply filter** to view the filtered orders.
